This Privacy Policy describes how Give Two Figs collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through givetwofigs.co.uk or its related sites and services.
Information Collected
To fulfil your order, you must provide certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you get in touch directly via email.
We may also collect information if you get in touch by email regarding your request to be involved in the project in any capacity.
When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device via cookies. For the purpose of this policy we call this ‘device information’. For further information on what cookies are and how they are used see our cookie policy.
How is your information used?
We use the Order Information collected to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
We use only necessary personal information shared by you i.e. via location/ contact details via email to fulfil your request to get involved or other (as directed by you).
The Device Information is used to help improve and optimize our Site and help our advertising/ marketing campaign efforts.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Your personal information is only shared for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Service providers. Certain trusted third parties are used to perform functions and provide services for the shop, such as delivery companies. Your personal information will be shared with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
